South Korea

The general public-business investment route requires KRW 1.5 billion. Investors may obtain F-2 residence; after maintaining the investment for five years, they may apply for F-5 permanent residence subject to the applicable conditions.

This is the general investment route, not the separate KRW 3 billion high-value route. The threshold is KRW 1.5 billion, not 15 million.

Korea Immigration Service · Official policy

New Zealand

The Balanced category requires at least NZD 10 million held for 60 months and normally 105 days in New Zealand during that period. Qualifying additional Growth investments can reduce the stay requirement. Permanent residence may be sought after meeting the investment and other visa conditions.

This page follows the Balanced category, separately from the NZD 5 million Growth category.

Hong Kong

The minimum investment is HKD 30 million: HKD 27 million in permissible assets plus HKD 3 million in the designated portfolio. Chinese nationals must already hold permanent residence abroad. Net-asset requirements apply over the six months before application. Permanent residence requires at least seven years of continuous ordinary residence and other applicable conditions.

Maintaining an investment for seven years does not automatically confer permanent residence. Applicants who do not meet ordinary-residence requirements may apply for unconditional stay under the relevant rules.

How the figures work

Current reference rates as of 10.13.2026, 07:57 (Beijing time). Rates refresh daily. Your CNY assets stay fixed while the CNY investment targets and progress adjust. If rates cannot be retrieved, the previous figures and their date remain visible.

These are daily reference rates, not live trading quotes. Calculations use full precision; displayed CNY amounts are in millions, rounded to two decimals. Progress is capped at 100%.

Funding progress is a planning measure, not a probability of approval. Policy summaries do not replace an assessment of individual eligibility.
